Blake Gibbs of EL-based band Squid offers up simplistic sonic palettes with intimate delivery in his solo endeavors. The minimal approach taken in Chamomile's debut on the THM roster draws attention to the little nuances of each song, a concept which culminates in the closing track, "blonde", with a spoken word that sounds like a close whisper in your ear while being simultaneously nearly inaudible.
